Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30/45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 gr. of amaretti
- 100 gr. of flour
- 60 gr. of sugar
- 30/40 gr. of dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of vanilla baking powder
- 1 bag of vanillin
- Salt
- Milk
Method:
- Cut the amaretti in small pieces
- Mix the eggs and sugar with a mixer
- Add the flour, the vanilla baking powder and a little bit of salt in a bowl together with the amaretti
- Add some melted butter, dark chocolate and some milk and stir well until you obtain a soft mixture
- Peal the pears and cut them
- Put half of the mixture in a small/medium trail and add the pears on top of it
- Cover the pears with the other half of the mixture
- Preheat the oven and then bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30/45 minutes
- Leave the cake resting and serve it when it is cold
