Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Breast chicken
- Rosemary
- Lemon
- Oil
- Salt
- Mustard
- Oregano
- Thyme
Method:
- In a bowl, emulsify the lemon with a little bit of oil
- Cut the herbs in small pieces and add them
- Add a little bit of mustard
- Mix everything and cover the chicken breast with the sauce. Leave it rest for at least 30 minutes
- Put a little bit of oil in a pot and add the chicken breast when the pot is hot. After 2/3 minutes turn the chicken breast on the other side
- When the chicken breast is almost ready take the pot off the stove and add a little bit of warm water to have some extra sauce to add to the chicken
